Description:
Turbo type diamond core bit is best suited to formations that are hard to very hard under conditions that are solid or at most slightly broken. The Turbo (Style T) waterway configuration is not recommended for use in highly fractured formations.
Due to the reduced face contact area, core bits with the Turbo (Style T) configuration will generally cut with less than a core bit of equivalent size and manufactured with the Regular (Style W) configuration and will usually do so with an equivalent or higher rate of penetration.
As a result, there is less of a tendency for the drill hole to deviate due to the application of lower bit loads. The partial (turbo) waterways also assist in ejecting the fine cuttings that are created when drilling hard, consolidated, non-abrasive formations and prevent the build-up of slurry on the bit face during drilling.

Notice :
To select the right bit for the job, assess the speed and power of your drill for the size and depths of the holes to be drilled and assess ground conditions such as rock type/formation and down-hole conditions.
Size:
available in all standard drilling sizes . Also, non-standard sized bits can be produced according to requirements from clients.
Crown Height:
crown impreg depths of 9mm, 12mm, and 14mm .The taller crown heights provide improved bit stability and reduced vibrations, enhancing bit life and performance.
Waterways:
Various waterways are available for diamond impregnated bits. Differing waterways allow for better flushing in various ground conditions and drilling systems.
Matrix:
impregnated bits matrices can be selected by our engineer according to ground conditions at client's work site.
Threads:
standard Q threads as well as thread types required by clients are available.
